The
Midway Building is a 73,500 s/f multi-tenant warehouse located on
the city's Westside, near the intersection of I-295 and I-10. Midway
is in the heart of North Florida's industrial/distribution area
and has maintained high occupancy throughout it's 16 year existence.
Many of the original tenants are still in the building and planning
to renew.
The
building has both dock and grade level doors for each bay ; maximum
24' ceiling height wet sprinkler; and block walls. Zoning is IL
with provisions for outdoor storage. A variety of bay sizes can
accommodate most mid-sized distribution tenants. Midway has the
lowest rental rate of any property in our inventory, which probably
helps account for its popularity.
