The building was specifically designed to house tires and is a model
for future tire distribution facilities.

state of the art building features an 8" wet fire sprinkler
system, utilizing a 1,500 gpm centrifugal pump and a computer control
station tied to a central alarm network. Ventilation is hermetically
monitored. Floor thickness, column spacing and roof pitch is designed
